Good - All pieces and instructions arrived.- Materials were solid for their price range.Bad- some of the weld points were weakI am not go to add repeat photos from other reviews on thisOverall: I would say it's good for price and functionality but not something that will last many years.Sturdy when loaded with water jugs. Love getting the jugs upright and takes up so much less space stacked upright than on floor. Stand is slightly wobbly when empty; however feet are adjustable and that helps. When loaded you cannot move it and pulling it makes it sway. So best to place it against a wall or corner. Doubt it could be pulled over when loaded.I wish I could give 100 stars... unbelievable customer service.I part was not fitting correctly, I messaged the company and was contacted immediately with help.Not only did I get a new part, I recieved a whole new rack and literally 2 days after I reached out...I did not expect that at all.The product itself is great and created so much space. Our bottles were spread out around the dispenser taking up unnecessary space, once I put the rack up, it immediately looked more open and less cluttered.I definitely recommend!We have a limited amount of space in our garage to keep water bottles for our cooler. This was easy to put together and has been a big space saver holding all of our extra water bottles in a small space in the garage. We now have that extra floor space we need to move around. Thank You!It appears like it does the job. Hopefully holds up well over time. Directions for assembly were only pictures, they are small and kind of confusing. The parts, while they were all there, had some issues-the screws had a couple of defective ones-one was already stripped upon arrival and the other was just smooth with no grooves to place the Allen wrench to turn it. I was able to use a plier to screw them in adequately, however. Overall, pleased to have a solution for our water jugs. :)I live part-time in Baja where bottled water is essential. Keeping 3-45 gallons of water on hand is a must but taking up the storage room floordidn't work. This lets me stack them up and frees up floor space. I willsecure it to a stud in the wall so it is earthquake safe.I bought this because I always kept my water jugs on the floor and it just looked cluttered. This has solved the clutter looking problem and actually is very sturdy and accomplishes what I needed it to do.Nice product. Holds 5 bottles with a minimum of space required.Fantastic for space saving, sturdy as I have it full most of the time and easy assembly. Happy with my purchase.There are holes in a number of the welds on the shelves. Hopefully the rack holds up.Great quality!
